结合预制装配式混凝土剪力墙结构项目,总结了垂直运输复杂、预制构件安装精度高、预制构件与现浇构件连接区施工复杂、钢管套筒灌浆施工质量控制难度大等施工难点。并针对各项施工难点,提出了对应的关键施工技术,包括预制构件吊装扁担技术、预制构件安装精度控制方法、预制构件与现浇连接区施工流程、钢管套筒灌浆质量控制工序。通过实施各项关键施工技术,确保了工程质量和工期,实现了绿色施工,同时取得了良好效益。

In combination with prefabricated concrete shear wall structure project,some construction difficulties are summarized,including complex vertical transportation,extremely precise prefabricated component installation,complex construction in cast-in-place area among prefabricated component and difficult in grouting quality control in steel sleeve. And the key construction techniques for the corresponding construction difficulties are put forward,such as lifting pole technology for prefabricated component,installation accuracy control method of prefabricated component,construction process in cast-in-place area among prefabricated component and grouting quality control method in steel sleeve. Through the implementation of the key construction techniques,good results are achieved,like improving the project quality,shortening time period of construction,implementing green construction,obtaining good benefits.
