摘要
目前装配式建筑因为其绿色环保的建造理念和高效模块化的施工技术被广泛应用到各个领域,国网公司自2007年就开展了一系列"两型一化"的试点工程。但是由于发展时间尚短,变电站的工业化程度评价标准也就是其预制率和装配率还没有统一的计算方法。参照首部国家标准《工业化建筑评价标准》中的概念,再结合各省市对住宅装配率计算的规定,以一所220k V装配式变电站为例,提出一种适合变电站装配率计算的方法。
At present,the prefabricated building is widely used in various fields as its green construction concept and efficient modular construction technology,the State Grid Corporation of China has carried out a series pilot projects based on the concept of " two type" since 2007. However,due to the short development time,there is no uniform calculation method for the rate of the prefabrication and assembly rate of the transformer substation. In this paper,according to the Standard of assessment of industrialized building and combined with the calculation on the rate of housing assembly in others provinces,then take a 220 k V assembly substation as an example to put forward a method for calculating assembly rate of substation.
