摘要
大型设备需要以高精度的安装基准点作为安装和调试的依据,对精密工程测量提出较高的要求。结合某大型设备安装基准点高精度放样项目,对放样精度进行了详细分析,针对各种误差源的削弱提出解决方案。从项目方案设计、控制网的建立、安装基准点放样的实施、放样成果的检校进行了详细介绍。最终放样精度达到亚mm级,为类似长距离、高精度的大型设备生产线放样提供借鉴与依据。
Large equipment requires high-precision datum points as the basis for installation and debugging,which put forward higher requirements for precise engineering survey. Combined with a large equipment installation datum points high precision setting-up project,the precision of the setting up is analyzed in detail,and the solution is put forward for reducing effect of various error sources. The project planning,the establishment of the control network,execution,the result checking are introduced in detail. The result can reach an accuracy of sub-millimeter scale,it provides reference for the largescale and high-precision equipment datum line setting up survey.
