摘要
沉降观测作为一种科学、直观、有效的变形监测手段,在建设工程的前期、中期、后期对工程的施工质量、科学管理、风险评估均具有重要的作用。通过对某新建项目基础施工周期内周边既有房屋的沉降观测变化速率进行监测,并根据沉降数据的分析结果,证明新建项目的施工对周边既有房屋的安全存在一定的影响性,今后建设及设计单位在新建项目的基坑维护方案及施工组织措施设计时能充分考虑各种风险因素,减小施工对周边环境的影响性。
As a scientific,intuitionistic and effective detention method,settlement observation has played an important role in quality control,scientific management,and risk evaluation during the construction period. This paper has proved the construction of new project willexertsome influence on neighboring buildings by settlement observation and settle data analysis.To reduce influence on neighboring buildings,construction unists and design units may take this into account in the future supporting structure plan forfou ndationpit and construction organization plan.
