地下室后浇带预制超前止水板施工技术

地下室的外墙后浇带不同于楼板后浇带,对整个地下室的防水及回填施工影响较大。地下室外墙后浇带预制超前止水板技术,采用预制混凝土板提前将后浇带外侧封闭,与传统的外墙后浇带施工工艺相比,能够使基坑提前停止降水,节约长期的降水费用,并且节约资源、减少浪费,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。文章结合成功实例,阐述地下室外墙后浇带预制超前止水板技术的应用。

The outer wall post-cast strip of the basement is different from the cast-in-place belt,which has great influence on the waterproof and backfill construction of the whole basement. Basement wall after pouring belt precast advanced water technology,using the precast concrete board of the lateral sealing of post-cast strip will be ahead of schedule,compared with the traditional outer wall construction technology of post-cast strip,can make a excavation stop precipitation ahead of time,saving long-term precipitation cost,and saving resources,reducing waste,with good economic and social benefits.Based on the successful examples,this paper expounds the application of precast water board technology in the basement.
