摘要
为研究船舶撞击下模袋装砂缓冲区对取水头结构的保护效果,采用有限元软件LS-DYNA对某内陆核电厂带模袋装砂缓冲区的取水头结构进行5000吨级江海轮碰撞模拟。通过对单元和材料本构关系的合理选取、接触和摩擦的处理,实现了船舶与取水结构的碰撞模拟。根据计算结果,从碰撞力、取水头结构最大压应力等方面,分析了船体与取水头结构在碰撞过程中的力学规律。研究结果表明:船体的动能与模袋缓冲区的弹性势能转换关系良好,且取水头结构无塑性破坏区。
It is difficult to calculate the effect of protection structure in reducing damage during the collision of ship-water intake head. Based on nonlinear finite element technique,the dynamic collision process between a 5000 t DWT ship with water intake head protection structure is simulated. By reasonable selection of elements and material model,the simulation shows an acceptable solution. According to the solution,the inner mechanics is researched by the collision force,maximum compressive stress. Result shows the transformation between ship kinetic energy and protection structure elastic potential energy is effective,and no plastic damage area appeared in the water intake head.
