摘要
成贵铁路西溪河大桥主桥为上承式钢管混凝土拱桥,在国内首次采用极不对称的"双向水平转体"。以西溪河大桥为背景,介绍了转体结构姿态监控的传统方法,对根据西溪河大桥的特点如何创新和优化监控方法做了技术总结。首先采用2台全站仪对2个半拱进行实时、同步监测,然后利用自编专用计算程序和CAD绘图软件综合数据与图形来处理监测结果,并拟合出牵引力的点动时长和半拱端部转动弧长关系的曲线和方程,为转动控制提供了技术参数和简易算法。最后对监控效果进行了评价。
The main bridge of Xi Xi River bridge of Chengdu-Guiyang railway is a concrete filled steel tube deck arch bridge,which was the first case very asymmetrical bidirectional horizontal swivel being used in China. Taking this bridge as background,available methods of the posture of swivel bridge monitoring was introduced. And the paper summarized that innovation and improvement of monitoring methods was used for Xi Xi River bridge'swivel. At first,two total stations were used to real-time synchronous monitoring for two half-arch. Next,special program and CAD software were used to process the monitoring result,and curves and equations of the relationship between inching duration of traction force and distance of half-arch's swivel was deduced,which offered control of swivel technical parameters and simple algorithm. Finally,the monitoring effect was assessed.
