Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Quality Accident to a Construction Project Using Ram-compact Piles

某钢结构厂房地基基础工程载体桩施工过程中出现了工程质量事故。围绕该事故,采用因果分析法,从工程建设程序、施工组织管理、人员技术水平、施工过程控制等方面进行了工程质量事故的成因分析,总结了现阶段施工质量管理中存在的一些问题,明确了工程质量细节管理的重要性。同时,通过该工程实例和多年来的工程实践经验总结,针对目前施工质量管理中普遍存在的问题提出了相应的对策。

According to the quality accident of steel structure workshop ram-compacted pile construction process in foundation engineering project,using the causal analysis method,the analysis of quality accident causes of the project from construction procedure aspects,construction organization and management personnel,technical level,construction process control,summarizes some common problems of construction quality management in present stage,the importance of the details management of engineering quality. At the same time,through the engineering practice and engineering practice experience for many years,the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the current problems in the construction quality management.
