摘要
与传统深长钢护筒埋设技术相比,旋挖灌注桩深长内外双护筒定位施工技术是采用采用增设外护筒,并在外护筒上设置定位螺栓,实现对内护筒中心的预先定位,再对内护筒安装过程进行垂直度检测,使内护筒中心轴线与外护筒定位中心所在的铅直线重合,实现深长护筒安装定位便捷、准确的施工效果。
Compared with traditional positioning construction technology,the positioning construction technology of the deep-drawn and built-in double tubes for rotary bored pile sets a outer tube with four positioning bolts,thus,the positioning of the center of the pile has been completed. Then,the perpendicularity test is being carried out for the installation process of the inner tube,the lead line coincides with the center axis of the inner tube and the positioning center of the outer tube,to achieve high efficiency of construction and accurate and rapid positioning.
