摘要
建筑工程中楼板普遍采用现浇方式,存在钢筋定位精度差,踩踏变形严重等弊病。针对性地提出多功能、可周转操作平台,平台主体采用小规格普通型钢焊接而成,质量轻、造价低。操作平台搁置在与楼板厚度相同的预制混凝土垫块上,便于装拆,并可通过垫块严格控制楼板厚度。板面负筋通过吊挂方式绑扎固定于操作平台上,防止踩踏变形。待混凝土临近终凝时的强度能够固定负筋位置时,拆除平台并找平混凝土面。
The cast-in-place slab is generally applied in construction engineering,which has many defects such as the poor positioning accuracy and the serious deformation for trample of steel,etc. Multifunctional and recycled operating platform with light-weight and low cost is proposed pointedly,which is welded by common small section steel. Operating platform is directly placed on the precast concrete block with the same thickness of the slab,which can be installed and removed easily. The block can control the thickness of the slab accurately. The way of hanging is used to fixed the negative bend steel of slab on the operating platform,which can prevent the steel being trampled out of shape. The platform can be removed and the concrete surface can be leveled when the strength of concrete can fix the position of negative bend steel.
