摘要
介绍了重庆来福士广场多层弧形吊柱高空无胎架支撑施工方法,改变在吊柱底端搭设胎架及支撑架的传统施工方式,采用在相邻结构柱上加设临时钢斜撑,将吊柱自重及荷载传递给相邻竖向结构,待吊柱顶端形成整体受力体系之后,逐层拆除钢斜撑进行卸载。通过施工模拟与应力应变监测,分析各个工况下的结构应变及钢斜撑应力值,确定钢斜撑最优拆除顺序,将监测值与施工模拟值进行对比分析,建立预警机制,保证结构施工安全。
This paper introduces the Chongqing Volkswagen square frame at high altitude multi arc column support construction method,changes in the bottom of the erection of davit frame and support the traditional construction methods,the structure in the adjacent column and a temporary steel brace,will transfer to the adjacent vertical load and the weight of the davit structure,to form a whole by the top of the davit the power system after removed layer by layer of steel bracing unloading. Through the simulation and analysis of stress and strain monitoring of construction,various working conditions of steel bracing structure strain and stress value,to determine the optimal sequence of steel bracing demolition,monitored values and construction simulation values are compared and analyzed,the establishment of early warning mechanism,to ensure the construction safety.
