Design and Application of Automatic Spray Curing System for Concrete Based on Aluminum Alloy Template

混凝土浇筑完成后必须及时、足量地进行养护,不然会导致混凝土质量缺陷,严重的会导致质量事故。常规的混凝土养护方法有2种:一是人工养护,二是其他喷水养护系统,针对以上养护系统存在的问题,设计了一种新型的针对铝合金模板的混凝土自动喷淋养护系统,该系统既能定时定量进行养护,又能满足养护全面覆盖且由于自动喷淋会减少人工影响,还能周转重复使用,符合绿色环保和建筑业十项新技术的要求。

After the concrete pouring is completed,it must be timely and fully maintained,otherwise the quality defects of concrete will be caused,and the quality accidents will be caused seriously. There are two kinds of conventional concrete curing methods: one is the artificial maintenance,the secondis water curing system,aiming at the above maintenance system,this paper designs a new type of aluminum alloy template for concrete sprinkler maintenance system,this system can not only be quantitative timing of maintenance,but also can satisfy the comprehensive coverage and the maintenance automatic spray will reduce the artificial influence,but also the turnover of repeated use,which meet green protection and ten new technologies.
