摘要
在海外钢结构工程中,设计常常只给出钢材的主要强度等级,而钢材的次等级则需要钢结构承包商按照欧标的要求确定,并报设计审批。有的工程虽然提供了钢材的次等级,但只是笼统地给出较高的要求,存在明显的不合理现象。因此,对设计没有提供次等级的,需要合理地确定钢材的次等级;对给出较高而不合理要求的,需要通过计算进行调整,以便降低工程的材料成本。
In the overseas steel structure project,designers usually only give the main strength grade of steel,while the subgrades of steel need to be determined by subcontractor according to the requirements of the European codes,and submitted for examination and approval. Although designers give the subgrades of steel in some projects,but sometimes the requirements are too high,obviously beunreasonable. Therefore,if designers do not give the grades of steel,it need to determine them reasonably. For higher demands it has to adjust them by calculation,in order to reduce the cost of the materials.
