摘要
铸钢节点由于具有良好的整体性和可塑性,被广泛应用于空间结构的复杂节点。因构造及受力复杂,铸钢节点的整体工作性能受到重点关注。为掌握铸钢节点在实际工程中的受力性能,采用原位试验与仿真计算相结合的手段,对某大跨屋盖的铸钢节点进行了研究。通过原位试验获得活动屋盖移动荷载作用下产生的实测应力增量。通过有限元整体计算与局部应力分析相结合的方法,获得铸钢节点理论应力增量以及整体应力状态。通过实测应力增量与理论增量的对比,对铸钢节点受力性能进行了评价。
Cast steel joints are widely used in the complex joints of spatial structures because of its good integrity and plasticity. Because of the complex structure and force system,the overall working performance of the cast steel joints is paid attention to. In order to master the mechanical behavior of cast steel joints in actual engineering,the cast steel joints of a large-span roof were studied by combining the field test with the simulation calculation. The measured stress increment produced by moving load of active roof was obtained by in field test. The theoretical stress increment and the overall stress state of the cast steel joints were obtained by combining the finite element integral calculation with the local stress analysis.Through the comparison of the measured stress increment and the theoretical increment,the mechanical properties of the cast-in steel joints were evaluated.
