摘要 黄石市城市综合馆工程74m跨钢桁架刚接在两侧剪力墙上,剪力墙与桁架跨度方向垂直,为避免后续荷载引起桁架两端钢柱出现过大初应力,进而对外包混凝土剪力墙产生破坏性影响,提出钢桁架端柱先铰后刚施工技术。介绍钢桁架先铰后刚施工方案,采用Mdias/Gen软件进行模拟仿真分析,对比施工过程中实测应变及位移数据,对安装过程中的关键技术问题进行了详细说明。 The 74 m span steel truss of city comprehensive hall project in Huangshi is rigidly connected to shear walls on both sides,shear walls are perpendicular to the direction of truss span,in order to avoid subsequent loads,there are too large initial stresses in the steel columns at both ends of the truss,therefore,has destructive effects on Shear wall of outsourced concrete,proposes construction technology of end Column with First Hinge and Post Rigid Joint. The paper introduces the construction scheme of steel truss with first Hinge and post rigid joint,Simulates and analyses by Mdias/Gen software,Compare the measured strain and displacement data during the process of construction,elaborates on the key technical problems in the installation process.
