大型高炉风口设备检修技术创新研究

Innovation Research of Large Blast Furnace Tuyere Equipment Maintenance Technology

由于高炉生产时的高温冲刷、以及炉内悬料的坠落,往往会导致风口设备损坏,故需要利用高炉休风期间对其进行更换。而由于风口设备之间结合紧密,尤其是风口中套与大套、中套与小套之间由于长期在高温环境下导致中套热胀,非常难于拆除,而直吹管安装也一直存在匝口过大,间隙紧固困难的问题,从而导致施工劳动强度大,检修效率低。

Because the high temperature scour during the blast furnace production,as well as the drop of suspended material in the furnace,it will often lead to the damage of the tuyere equipment,so it needs to be replaced during the blast furnace recuperation period. Because of the close connection between the tuyere equipment,especially between the tuyere center sleeve and the big sleeve,the middle sleeve and the small sleeve,due to the thermal expansion of the middle sleeve caused by the long-term high temperature environment,it is very difficult to dismantle them. In addition,the installation of the straight hair dryer has always been faced with the problem of large turn orifice and difficult clearance fastening,which leads to high construction labor intensity and low maintenance efficiency.
