摘要
研究设计了一种新型掘进机用于地铁旁通道开挖施工,其采用三辐条式星形刀盘,通过行星驱动使刀盘完成自转加公转运动,最终形成椭圆形的开挖断面,能够在不对土体进行加固的条件下直接切削已有管片及土体;同时椭圆形的开挖断面大大提高了旁通道的空间利用率,并通过试验验证了该掘进机切削混凝土管片的可行性。
A new type of tunnel boring machine is designed for subway tunnel excavation,which uses a three spoke star shaped knife disc,through planetary drive to complete the rotation and rotation of the cutter disk,and finally form an elliptical excavation section,and can directly cut the existing pipe and soil under the condition that the soil is not reinforced.The elliptical excavation section greatly improves the space utilization ratio of the side channel,and the feasibility of cutting the concrete segment by the road header is verified through experiments.
