摘要
以某市政综合管廊为例,在对比传统满堂支架现浇技术和预制装配式技术的优缺点基础上,借鉴隧道模板台车的连续施工工艺,设计出地下综合管廊模板台车,实现了地下综合管廊的自动化、快速化浇筑。该方法比传统满堂支架现浇技术工期缩短了30%。工程实践表明,该技术施工操作便捷,模板施工效率高效,不仅缩短了工期,同时节约了人工开支及周转材料损耗。
Taking a municipal integrated corridor as an example,based on the traditional cast-in-situ technology and prefabricated assembly technology,the paper designs the underground integrated corridor template trolley with reference to the tunneling process of tunneling trolley,which realizes the automation and rapid pouring of underground integrated corridor.The use of underground integrated corridor template trolley pouring is 30% shorter than that of the traditional full stage stent. Engineering practice shows that the construction of the technology is easy to operate,improve the efficiency of template construction,reducing the construction period,while saving the cost of labor costs and turnover of material loss.
