摘要
为研究隧道盾构长距离平行下穿对既有给水管道沉降的影响,以郑州市轨道交通2号线二期金达街站—刘庄站区间施工为工程依托,采用有限元软件建立了支护结构-土体-给水管道的三维数值计算模型,分析了既有给水管道的沉降变化规律,并与现场地表实测沉降数据进行对比。研究结果表明:左线隧道施工对管线沉降影响大于右线隧道施工,且给水管道变形满足控制要求;经现场实测沉降验证,数值分析结果和监测数据吻合较好,验证了计算结果的可靠性和现场施工加固方案的合理性。
In order to study the influence of the tunnel shield construction in parallel crossing underneath the top existing water supply pipelines settlement,based on interval tunnel between Jindajie station and Liuzhuang station of Zhengzhou metro line 2( phaseⅡ),a three-dimensional finite element model of supporting structure soil,water supply pipeline is established. And settlements of the existing pipeline are analyzed and compared with the measurement settlements on site.The results show that: the construction influence of the left line tunnel to the existing pipe settlement is greater than that of the right line. The deformation of water supply pipeline meets the control requirements. The numerical analysis result preferably match the monitoring data,which demonstrates the reliability of the calculation results and the rationality of the site construction reinforcement scheme.
