摘要
结合大型复杂项目的进度风险管理现状,以郑州机场二期工程项目为例,从项目相关的当地政府、业主方、承包方、设计方、监理方、供应方等单位的角度对进度风险因素进行识别。基于问卷调查的基础上,采用模糊理论和风险矩阵对进度风险进行评价,确定风险发生等级,并采取相应的应对措施。
Based on the status of the progress risk management of large and complex projects,the two phase of Zhengzhou airport project is taken as an example to identify the risk factors from the point of view of the relevant local government,the owner,the contractor,the designer,the supervisor,the supplier and other units. Based on the questionnaire survey,the fuzzy theory and the risk matrix are used to evaluate the progress risk,and the risk level is determined and the corresponding measures are taken.
