摘要 传统的总承包管理在项目管理落实过程中对专业分包约束不全面,尤其是甲指分包。在高、大、难的重点项目,专业分包数量多、且图纸深化对工程影响重大,设计管理不能落地将严重制约工程进度,没有合适的工具和协同管理模式对分包设计进行统一部署,总包设计管理通常集中在土建的深化版块,对解决"三边工程"图纸问题实际效果并不明显。以西安国际医学中心项目为依托,首度创新应用矩阵数据管理方法辅助项目总承包设计管理。 In the process of project management implementation,the traditional general contract management is not comprehensive in terms of professional subcontracting,especially the subcontracting of party A assign. In the key projects of high,large and difficult,the number of specialized subcontracts and the deepening of the drawings have great influence on the project. The design management can not be landing,which will seriously restrict the progress of the project. There is no suitable tool and cooperative management mode to unify the subpackage design. The design management of the total package is usually concentrated in the deepening of the civil construction and is solved. The actual effect of "three side project"drawing is not obvious. Based on the project of Xi'an International Medical Center,the matrix data management method is first applied to the design management of EPC.
