摘要
结合某框架结构建筑物改造加固的设计实践,介绍了框架结构宿舍楼扩建加层改造的加固设计。分析了扩建加层结构计算模型的动力特性,确定需加固的构件。经分析,加层后原结构主要存在承载力不足,柱轴压比超限和构造措施不满足规范要求等问题。给出了主要构件加固节点设计,主要包括增大截面加固柱、增大截面加固梁和外包钢法加固梁等加固设计,并验算了加固后加层扩建结构模型的各项性能指标,结果均满足规范要求。最后提出加固改造工程需要重视的施工技术要求。
Through the renovation and reinforcement design of a framed building,this paper introduces framework dormitory retrofitting reinforcement design. After analysis,the original structure after adding stories mainly lack of capacity,axial compression ratio overrun and structural measures do not meet regulatory requirements,etc. Some Jpint of reinforcement design are gotten,including increasing cross-section reinforcement columns,beams and outsourcing increasing section steel reinforcement beams,etc. And the performance indicators of the reinforced structural model are cheqked,the results were to meet regulatory requirements. Finally the paper also proposed some requirements to construction technology of the renovation projects need to focus on strengthening.
