摘要
以乌东德水电站为工程背景,全面研究了水电站明挖工程控制爆破施工技术。介绍了工程概况,剖析了进行爆破施工的技术难点。阐述了控制爆破工艺技术原理,并对其特点和适用情况进行了分析。介绍了如何进行爆破设计,以及爆破参数如何选取。介绍了不同爆破工艺技术所采用的炮孔钻凿手段,并提出了炮孔质量要求。提出了施工工艺程序和质量管控措施。工程实践表明,控制爆破施工技术质量优良、施工高效、安全可靠,保障了乌东德水电站明挖工程圆满完成。
The project background was the Wudongde Hydropower Station. Controlled blasting technology for open excavation in hydropower engineering has been studied. Engineering overview was introduced,and the technical difficulties for blasting were analyzed. The technical principle of controlled blasting was expounded,and its characteristics and applicable conditions were analyzed. How to design blasting and select parameters were described. The different drilling methods were adopted,and drilling quality standards were proposed. Construction procedures and quality control measures are proposed.Engineering practice showed that controlled blasting technology has many advantages,such as good quality,high efficiency and safety reliability,which have ensured the open excavation in Wudongde Hydropower Station successfully completed.
