某大桥钢箱梁竖向温度梯度模式研究

摘要 结合某实际工程的监测数据,分析钢箱梁温度与挠度变化确定合理合龙时间,结果发现国内规范的竖向温度梯度与无铺装层下钢箱梁的温度实测值存在一定偏差。研究通过实测数据与国内外相关规范对比分析,建立合理的无铺装层下的钢箱梁温度梯度拟合公式。研究工作对主梁标高提供温度修正的依据,对钢箱梁的施工有参考价值,并为完善过呃逆竖向温度梯度相关规范提供了数据积累与参考。 According to the monitoring data of a practical project,the reasonable closing time of the temperature and deflection of the steel box girder is analyzed. The results show that there is a certain deviation between the vertical temperature gradient of the domestic standard and the measured temperature of the steel box girder under no pavement. Based on the comparative analysis of measured data and relevant specifications at home and abroad,a reasonable temperature gradient fitting formula for steel box girder without pavement is established. The research work provides the basis for the temperature correction of the main beam elevation,which provides reference value for the construction and use of the steel box girder,and the data accumulation and reference for the formation of the vertical temperature gradient related standard of the steel box girder without the paving layer in China.
