摘要
河南省开展了公路水运"品质工程"创建活动,从规划设计、建设管理、工程质量、生态景观、交通文化和服务能力6个方面建立了评价指标体系,结合层次分析法对指标进行权重分析,并选取项目进行实证评价,检验评价指标体系的科学性和合理性。
Henan province has carried out the construction of quality engineering of highway water transportation. It has established the evaluation index system from six aspects of planning,construction,construction management,engineering quality,ecological landscape,traffic culture and service ability. It combines the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight of the index,and selects the project to carry out empirical evaluation and test the scientificity and rationality of the price index system.
