大变幅水域异型桥面起重机拼装施工

摘要 丰都二桥施工区域位于三峡库区内,受三峡蓄水影响,桥址区最大水位差达30m,受三峡大坝限高的要求,长江下游侧大型浮吊无法进入三峡库区内。丰都二桥边跨钢箱梁吊装选用异型变幅式桥面起重机,起重机主要由后三脚架及大臂组成,总重约230t,桥面起重机拼装设备采用"铭丰500"浮吊和QTZ315塔式起重机,桥面起重机的拼装受水位的影响较大,在低水位情况下,浮吊无法满足吊装质量、吊装高度、吊装幅度均满足要求。 Fengdu bridge construction area locates in the three gorges reservoir area,affected by the water storage of the three gorges,the maximum water level difference of the bridge site is 30 m. Due to the height limit of the three gorges dam,large floating cranes on the lower side of the Yangtze river cannot enter the three gorges reservoir area. The gantry crane of the steel box girder at the side of Fengdu bridge is variable amplitude type. The crane is mainly composed of the back tripod and the big arm,with a total weight about 230 t. The deck crane assembly equipment adopts"Mingfeng 500"floating crane and QTZ315 tower crane. The assembling of bridge crane is greatly affected by the water level. Under the condition of low water level,the floating crane cannot meet the requirements of hoisting quality,hoisting height and hoisting amplitude.
