轮胎式运梁车与架桥机纵行桁车组合调梁技术

摘要 在桥梁工程箱/T梁安装施工时,因桥型布置、施工组织设计等原因产生部分箱/T梁暂时不能就位的情况。常规的调整方法有架桥机调整法和通用式千斤顶顶推法,但这两种方法都有自身的局限性。西咸新区泾河大桥项目首次应用轮胎式运梁车与架桥机纵行桁车组合方式进行箱梁调整,可代替架桥机和千斤顶对小箱梁进行提升和横移,并实现轮胎式快速行走过孔,为类似工程施工提供参考价值。 During the construction of box/T girders in bridge engineering,some box/T girders cannot be positioned temporarily,because of bridge layout,construction organization design and other reasons. The conventional adjustment methods include the adjustment method of bridge erecting machine and incremental launching method,but the two measures have their own limitation. The beam adjusting technology with wheeled girder carrier and longitudinal motion of bridge erecting machine was introduced for the first time in Jinghe bridge. This method can replace the bridge erecting machine and jack to lift and shift the small box girder,and realize the tire type fast walking through the hole,which provides reference value for similar project construction.
