摘要 预应力波纹管道的孔道摩阻损失计算相对较为复杂。统计58篇文献的测试结果,分别针对金属和塑料波纹管进行摩擦系数和孔道局部偏差系数的概率分布假设检验。利用概率图剔除非正常数据后,假设检验结果显示:摩擦系数和局部偏差系数均服从对数正态分布;给出了4个概率统计模型。研究结果同时显示:金属波纹管和塑料波纹管的孔道局部偏差系数的测试结果比规范取值要大。研究结论可对后续预应力损失的评估提供一定的理论借鉴。 The calculation of frictional resistance loss of the channel of prestressed corrugated pipe is relatively complicated. According to the test results of 58 papers,the hypothesis of probability distribution of friction coefficient and local deviation coefficient of tube is carried out respectively for metal and plastic bellows. After excluding abnormal data by probability diagram,it is assumed that the friction coefficient and local deviation coefficient obey lognormal distribution,and 4 probabilistic statistical models are given. The results also show that the test results of the local deviation coefficient of the metal bellows and plastic bellows are larger than the standard values. The research conclusions can provide some theoretical reference for the evaluation of the subsequent prestressing loss.
