摘要
建筑结构的梁、板、柱等RC构件在施工过程中由于施工人员的技术水平有限,或未按照标准工序、工艺施工,以及混凝土浇筑、振捣过程触碰到钢筋,导致主筋或箍筋分布不均匀,个别区域纵筋间距过大,或箍筋间距过大,或保护层厚度不均匀,使受弯RC构件性能发生改变。本文将应用纤维模型理论,通过建立不同工况,分析纵筋间距、箍筋间距及保护层厚度的改变对受弯RC构件抗弯承载力的影响程度,从而得出纵筋间距、箍筋间距、保护层厚度对施工质量的影响规律。以期对RC结构施工质量控制有一定指导作用。
Due to the restriction of technical levels of workers,or not according to the standard process during construction,or touching reinforcement during concrete pouring and vibrating process,it's appear that uneven distribution of the main reinforcement and stirrup,individual regional longitudinal spacing is too large,or stirrup spacing is too large,or the concrete cover thickness is uneven,cause changes on the bearing performance of the RC component. In this paper,the application of fiber model theory was adopted to establish different working conditions,longitudinal spacing,the change of stirrup spacing and thickness of concrete cover thickness was analyzed to calculate their influence degree on the bearing capacity of flexural RC components,so that the influence law on construction quality would be obtained,in the hope of guiding the construction quality control of RC structure.
