摘要
在建筑业技术革命的背景下,BIM技术在市政工程中的应用催生了新的管理方式,从轨道交通BIM的基本概念、轨道交通BIM给设计管理带来的问题阐述BIM具有的大数据特征和管理属性,及其对轨道交通项目设计带来的变革。总结了当前设计企业BIM设计管理应用组织的三种模式,讨论了不同的设计管理应用模式的优缺点及对轨道交通BIM发展带来的影响,展望了轨道交通BIM在设计管理应用的发展趋势。
Under the background of the technological revolution of the construction industry,the application of BIM technology in the municipal engineering has brought new management ways. From the basic concept of rail traffic BIM and the problems brought by the rail traffic BIM to the design and management,the large data features and management attributes of BIM and the changes brought about by the design of the rail transit project are expounded. This paper summarizes three modes of BIM design management application organization in current design enterprise,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different design management application modes and the impact on the development of rail traffic BIM,and looks forward to the development trend of the application of BIM in the design and management of rail transit.
