摘要
随着信息化、数字化时代的到来,管理也愈来愈要求精益化、智能化,对现有建筑进行智能化升级改造的工程也不断增多,BIM技术在此类工程中的应用案例还不甚丰富,通过BIM技术可视化特点的应用落地,探索BIM技术在升级改造工程中的应用点。
With the development of information technology and the advent of the digital age,management is also more and more requirements of lean and intelligent upgrading of the existing building intelligent engineering is increasing,application of BIM technology in this project is not very rich,through the application of BIM visualization technology characteristics of landing,application of BIM technology in the exploration of upgrading in engineering.
