摘要 在建设项目管理过程中,工程变更一直是关注的焦点和管理的难题,而随着施工项目日趋复杂,工程变更发生频率及对合同价款的影响越来越大。传统的工程变更管理方式已经不能满足项目管理的需要,如何高效、准确地对工程变更进行管理,成为当前项目管理信息化的首要问题。利用BIM技术的信息化、可视化、可追溯性的特点,建立基于BIM技术的工程变更信息共享平台,提高工程变更处理的效率和准确性,为信息化在项目管理中的应用提供一种新的尝试。 In the process of construction project,engineering changes have always been the focus of attention and management problems. as the increasingly complex construction projects,the frequency of engineering changes and the impact on the contract price is increasing. The traditional engineering change management methods has been unable to meet the project management needs. How to manage project changes efficiently and accurately has become the primary issue in the current project management informatization. Using the information,visualization and traceability features of BIM technology,establish an engineering change information sharing platform based on BIM technology,improve the efficiency and accuracy of engineering change processing,and provide a new try for the application of information in project management.
