东北亚(长春)国际机械城会展中心项目运用BIM进行信息化管理策略的研究

Research on the Application of BIM Technology in the Information Management Strategy of the Northeast Asia(Changchun) International Machinery Exhibition Centre Project

对东北亚(长春)国际机械城会展中心项目中BIM技术的应用进行了介绍,并着重分析了项目借助BIM进行信息化管理策略以及应用中遇到的问题。指出施工阶段BIM技术的应用不应仅仅停留在解决单个问题的技术层面,更应融入项目管理过程对施工阶段进行信息化管理以提升项目管理效率。

This article introduces the application of BIM in the project of Northeast Asia( Changchun) International Machinery Exhibition Centre,then analyzes the main problems in the application and proposes the informationised management strategy. It states the application of BIM technology should not only solve technical problems but also participate in management process and carry out informationised management in construction stage to increase the efficiency of project management.
