BIM中文名称为建筑信息模型,能够将建筑工程项目的各项信息数据作为基础的模型,进而建立出建筑的模型,利用各种数据信息将建筑物所具有的真实信息进行仿真模拟。分析了借助BIM技术在民用住宅建设项目施工中的安全监控流程、施工现场布置、复杂建筑安全施工等方面的优势,达到安全交底、危险源提前预防、完善安全管理流程,实时把控现场动态、施工现场合理布置的目的。

BIM is building information modeling. Be able to use the various information data of the construction project as the basis of the model,then the building model is established and the real information of the building is simulated by using various kinds of data information. This paper analyzes the safety monitoring process in the construction of civil residential projects. Construction site layout,the advantages of complex construction safety construction with the help of BIM technology,to achieve safety disclosure,dangerous source advance prevention,improve safety management process,real-time control of site dynamic,construction site reasonable layout purposes.
