摘要
BIM技术在建筑业是新起之秀,其在工程中的作用远超传统CAD技术。因此就从BIM这一技术出发,将BIM技术应用到建设的全过程。通过专业碰撞来调整设计图纸,运用可视化指导施工,应用BIM进行无缝衔接,为后期的运营维护做铺垫。在此研究上,结合某一实际案例,着手对BIM技术进行了深度分析,剖析其在建筑工程管理中的应用与研究。分析结果表明,BIM技术在建筑工程管理中贯穿设计、施工以及竣工环节,拥有巨大的应用前景。
BIM technology is a new phenomenon in the construction industry,and its role in engineering far exceeds that of traditional CAD technology. BIM technology is applied to the whole process of construction. Through the professional collision to adjust the design drawings,use visual guidance construction,use BIM to carry on the seamless connection,for the latter stage of operation and maintenance. In this research,combined with a practical case study,the BIM technology is analyzed in depth,and its application and research in building engineering management is analyzed. The analysis results show that BIM technology has great application prospect in the design,construction and completion of building project management.
