摘要
工程为5栋高层公寓式学校建筑,采用预制装配整体式框架-剪力墙结构,在设计和建造过程中,采用了考虑优化建造技术的设计方法和技术措施,在保证结构安全的前提下,实现了装配式建筑设计和建造的标准化、简单化、合理化、效益化的目标,简化了施工工序,提高了施工效益,使工程取得了良好的综合效益。
The project is 5 high-rise apartment of school buildings,which used monolithic precast concrete frame-shear wall strucure. During the design and construction process,the design methods and technical measures of optimizing construction technology are adopted. Under the premise of ensuring structural safety,the goal of standardization,simplification,rationalization and efficiency of precast building design and construction has been achieved,the construction procedures was simplified,the construction benefits was raised,and the project has achieved good comprehensive benefits.
