螺栓连接预制剪力墙施工技术应用研究

Study on Application of Bolt Connection Prefabricated Shear Wall Construction Technology

以上海闵行浦江镇基地召楼路以东S8-01地块市属保障房项目为例,从螺栓连接预制剪力墙的特点、施工过程控制要点、节点灌浆施工及防水质量控制等方面介绍螺栓连接预制剪力墙施工技术应用。经工程实践证明,形成了一套与之配套的施工方法,该方法取得了较好的施工效益与社会效益,施工质量可靠。

Taking the Shanghai Minhang Pujiang town base for building road east of S8-01 plot city housing project as an example,from the characteristics of bolt connection prefabricated shear wall,the construction process control points,waterproof joint grouting construction and quality control bolt connection were introduced from the aspects such as prefabricated shear wall construction technology application. It has been proved by engineering practice that a set of construction method has been formed,which has achieved good construction benefit and social benefit,and the construction quality is reliable.
