基于PMC模式下的合同应用研究

Research on Contract Application Based on PMC Model

采用归纳论证的研究方法,研究得出了针对复杂性较高、不确定性较大的PMC项目,采用成本加酬金的合同类型更为适合。通过对国内外现有项目管理合同标准文本进行研究,对PMC标准合同文本的确定给出了一定的建议,构建了PMC基本合同框架。通过基于风险分析的合同策划,达到提前防范合同风险的目标。

Based on the research method of inductive argumentation,this paper concludes that for the PMC project with higher complexity and greater uncertainty. It is more suitable to adopt the contract type of cost plus remuneration. By studying the standard text of project management contract at home and abroad,this paper gives some suggestions to the confirmation of PMC Standard contract text,and constructs the basic contract framework of PMC. Through the risk analysis of the contract planning,to achieve early prevention of contract risk objectives.
