住宅厨房集中排烟系统通风效率研究 被引量:1

摘要 以住宅厨房排烟道为研究对象,通过分析排烟道风损率和静压-风量特性,提出合理的排烟道截面设计搭配,达到厨房排烟系统能效最大化。试验结果表明:排烟道长度相同、数量相同、截面尺寸相同、抽油烟机型号相同的情况下,3种不同截面形状排烟道风损率相差较大。2种不同类型抽油烟机混合使用时,每层楼之间的烟气量有较大波动,烟气量随楼层升高而增大;使用同一类型抽油烟机时,每层楼的烟气量没有太大波动,烟气量也随着楼层升高而逐渐增大,且抽油烟机的特性对排烟道内静压分布影响不大。 The study focused on the ventilation efficiency of central exhaust of residential kitchens. From analyzing the pressure loss and static pressure-ventilation rate of the kitchen exhaust flue gas channel,the design of reasonable crosssectional dimension was proposed and the maximum energy efficiency was achieved. The experimental results showed that under the same conditions the pressure loss of three different cross-sectional shape central exhaust systems were quite different. There were a large fluctuation in the flue gas volume between each floor with two different hood types,and the flue gas volume increased with the rise of floor. There were not much change in flue gas volume between each floor with same hood type.
