摘要 BIM技术目前在建筑行业中的应用逐渐得到推广,对于其带来的可视化建模、集成信息管理等优势得到了使用者的青睐。本文基于BIM技术的可视化、多专业协调、建筑信息存贮全面的特点,及其应用于项目管理具有项目生命周期信息流失率降低等应用价值,结合在EPC总包模式的项目管理中进行成本控制的方法和特点,分析了BIM技术在项目的设计、采购、施工阶段的成本控制中的应用。经过分析后得出,将BIM技术应用于EPC项目的成本控制中,可以引导采购与施工阶段的成本控制,减少采购过程中选择供货商、对比设备及材料的采购费用,降低因提前采购设备及材料导致的存贮费用,降低为项目建设期间因为赶工或窝工导致的多余费用,降低之前因为人工预估不准确导致的建材及设备领取过多造成浪费的费用等。 The application of BIM technology in the construction industry has been gradually promoted,and the advantages of visual modeling and integrated information management have been favored by users.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the cost control of design,purchasing and construction stage of the project,based on the characteristics of BIM technology,the methods and features of cost control in EPC project management,and the application value of BIM technology,for example,reduce project life cycle information turnover rate.The characteristics of BIM technology include visualization model,professional cooperation and coordination,comprehensive information storage.Through the analysis,the application of BIM technology in EPC project cost control could guide the cost control of procurement and construction stage,reduce the procurement costs of choose supplier to procurement process and contrast of equipment and materials,reduce storage costs caused by purchasing equipment and materials in advance,remove the excess amount caused by idling of the labor force and cost of acceleration measures during construction stage,reduce the cost of building materials and equipment that are not accurately caused by artificial estimation.
