摘要 国内大多数大型公共建筑都开始使用BIM技术来设计和进行施工管理。尽管BIM已经开始应用于全国各地的建设项目上,但其应用却主要在设计和项目展示方面,对于后期维护阶段则较少。通过介绍如何利用时序数据库和BIM技术构建BIM-4D运维体系,服务于建筑后期运维,让更多的非建筑行业人员更直观、方便地掌握建筑在后期运维生命周期内的状态。 Nowadays,almost all large public buildings begin to adopt BIM technology for design and construction management.At the same time,we should also pay attention to the fact that although BIM has been applied to construction projects all over the country,its application is mainly in the design and project display,and the later maintenance stage is less applied.This paper mainly explains how to construct the BIM-4D operation and maintenance system by using Timescale DB and BIM technology.Operation and maintenance,so that more non construction industry personnel more intuitive and more convenient to grasp the status of building in the late operation and maintenance life cycle.
