Research of EPC General Contracting Model Applicated in the Existing Construction Project

随着对既有建筑改造的需求增加,人们日益关注对于既有建筑改造项目的管理。EPC总承包模式目前在众多领域的项目中已有成熟应用,但关于EPC模式在既有建筑改造项目中的应用的研究较少。本文在分别分析既有建筑改造与EPC总承包模式的特点的基础上,讨论了EPC总承包模式在既有建筑改造项目中的应用,并以深圳既有公建改造项目作为案例进行应用分析。

With the increase of demand for existing buildings reform,more attention has been paid to the management of existing buildings reform.There are few studies on EPC general contracting model applied in existing buildings reform project,even though EPC management model has already been used in many fields.This research has discussed the applied method and characteristic of the EPC model in the management of existing buildings reform,and at last analyzed a case study in Shenzhen.
