Safety Management and Monitoring of Special Equipment in Construction Site

机械作业现在已于建筑施工密不可分,特种机械设备的使用贯穿了施工全过程,现在各种特种机械设备使用已越来越频繁,而且种类和数量越来越多。塔机、起重机、外挂电梯等特种设备在建筑工程中的使用,大大提高了施工现场生产作业工作效率。虽然特种设备使用起来稳定快捷效率高,但更是存在很多危险隐患。如果在施工过程中未能进行很好的安全管理和监测,很可能出现严重的安全事故,造成不必要的人员伤亡和经济损失。针对当前建筑工程施工现场对于特种设备的管理的现状,在分析了特种设备管理特点的基础上,详细讨论了特种设备管理和监测的技术要点。

Mechanical work is an essential elements in building construction and the special machinery and equipment have been used throughout the whole process of construction.Nowadays different kinds of special machinery and equipment has been used more and more frequently.The use of special equipment such as tower crane,crane and external elevator in construction project has greatly improved the working efficiency of construction site production.Although the used of special equipment could promote the construction progress with high efficiency,but there is a lot of dangerous as it belongs to high risk industry.Serious safety accidents which might lead to unnecessary casualties and economic losses would happened in construction progress unfortunately if the safety management and monitoring work failed.This paper discussed in detail the main technical points of the management and monitoring based on the analyzing of the current special equipment management situation in construction site and the characteristics of special equipment management.
