周边老旧居民楼密集分布的深基坑变形控制技术 被引量:3

摘要 位于地铁车站深基坑工程主要和次要影响区的老旧居民楼多达47栋,天然地基,基本为砖混结构,整体性较差,抗变形能力较弱,邻近深基坑施工易引起其破坏开裂。本文对引起深基坑变形的主要风险因素进行了分析,确定了合理可行的地下水处理方案及基坑支护结构方案,利用有限元软件评估了基坑施工对邻近建筑物的安全影响,并提出了完善的建筑物安全保护方案。基坑施工过程中加强深基坑及周边建筑物的监测,及时反馈信息,有效保障了邻近大量老旧居民楼的安全正常使用。 As many as 47 old residential buildings locates in the main and secondary affected areas of the deep foundation excavation project of the subway station.These buildings which are mainly brick-concrete structure based on natural foundations.They are a weak structure in integer and anti-deformation.So buildings are easily destroyed by adjacent foundation construction.The paper study on the mainly risk factors which are caused deformation of deep foundation excavation,and determined underground water prevention and foundation excavation support plan which are reasonably and feasibly.Safety influence on buildings of deep foundation excavation is evaluated by finite element software.Perfect security protection scheme is put forward.During the construction of foundation excavations,the deep foundation excavation and surrounding buildings are monitoring strengthened,monitoring information are feedback analyzed timely.The safety of densely distributed old residential buildings are ensured effectively.
