摘要
通过对原材料的优选,配制出强度高、流动性、填充性、抗离析性能好的自密实混凝土,并在自密实混凝土中加入适量膨胀剂,补偿混凝土在凝结硬化过程中收缩变形,保证钢管内壁与混凝土的良好接触,避免了混凝土与钢管柱内壁间产生间隙,使钢管柱和混凝土形成一个整体,保证钢管混凝土组合材料协同受力,提高钢管混凝土柱结构的整体性和稳定性。
By optimizing the raw materials,the self-compacting concrete with high strength,fluidity,filling property and good anti-segregation property is prepared.And add a proper amount of expansion agent into the self-compacting concrete,to compensate for shrinkage and deformation of concrete during setting and hardening,and ensure good contact between the inner wall of the steel pipe and concrete.The gap between the concrete and the inner wall of the steel pipe column is avoided,the steel pipe column and the concrete form a whole,ensure that the composite material of the steel tube concrete is subjected to cooperative force.To improve the integrity and stability of the concrete filled steel tubular column structure.
