锤破在胡家山水库垫层料加工中的应用

摘要 在混凝土面板堆石坝各种填料中,垫层料级配要求最为严格,这是其功能所决定的。为满足垫层料的级配要求,传统施工方法往往采用二级破碎流程,即头破鄂破、二破反击破,并经筛分后得到各种粒径的半成品原料,然后采用层铺法进行掺配得到成品垫层料。这种方法加工工序多、效率低、加工难度较大,在一定程度上影响工程进度和成本,而通过采用锤破使垫层料加工一步到位,极大地方便施工,在确保生产质量的同时不但加快工程进度,还节约工程成本。 Among the various fillers for concrete face rockfill dams,the grading requirements for cushion materials are the most stringent,which is determined by its function.In order to meet the grading requirements of the cushion material,the traditional construction method often adopts a secondary crushing process.After screening,the semi-finished raw materials of various particle sizes are obtained,and then the layering method is adopted.The blending is carried out to obtain a finished mat stock.This method has many processing steps,low efficiency,and is difficult to process.It affects the progress and cost of the project to a certain extent.By using the hammer to make the cushion material processing in one step,the construction is greatly facilitated,and the production quality is ensured not only while ensuring the production quality and saving engineering costs.
