摘要
超大面积混凝土换流变广场处于特高压直流输电换流站工程的核心区域,其裂缝和排水问题是设计和建造此类超大面积混凝土地面结构必须控制的两个关键质量问题。质量控制措施会对超大面积混凝土广场的使用功能、观感质量、耐久性等将产生重要影响。得当的以我国西南某±800kV换流站换流变超大面积混凝土广场工程为例,介绍综合考虑前期策划、设计、建设、施工等多方因素,此类超大面积混凝土广场在我国西南多雨地区、强风化泥岩等较为不利的建设环境下取得了较好的建设效果,总结此类超大面积混凝土广场的技术创新及亮点。
The super-large area concrete converter transformer square is in the core area of the UHVDC converter station.Its crack and drainage problems are two key quality problems that must be controlled in designing and constructing such super-large area concrete square.The proper quality control measures will have an important influence on the use function,the quality of the observation and the durability of the super-large area concrete square.In view of super-large area concrete converter transformer square in a practical±800 kV converter station in the southwest of China,this paper introduce the comprehensive factors such as planning,design,construction management and construction and so on many factors,which has achieved good construction effect in the unfavorable construction environment of the heavy rain area and strongly weathered mudstone in the southwest of China,and summarizes the technical innovations and highlights of this kind of super-large area concrete square.This paper is of reference to the construction of super-large area concrete ground structure in China.
