摘要
在建筑工程施工图中,钢筋尺寸的标注为外皮尺寸,而在具体施工过程中,在进行钢筋下料时,需要根据钢筋的实际长度即轴线长度进行精确下料,此时要考虑钢筋加工过程中的变形,钢筋的外皮尺寸与轴线长度之间的差值,即钢筋的弯曲调整值。在现行的一些计算软件以及项目工程中,并未考虑钢筋弯曲调整值的影响,对工程造价以及实际施工过程造成了一定的影响,本文根据现行的国家规范及图集,计算提供了不同种类钢筋在不同弯折角度时的弯曲差值的计算及结果,为项目人员提供计算依据。
In construction drawings,the dimension of steel bars is marked as the outer dimension.In the concrete construction process,when cutting steel bars,it is necessary to cut precisely according to the actual length of steel bars,that is,the axis length.At this time,the deformation of steel bars in the process of processing and the difference between the outer dimension of steel bars and the axis length should be taken into account.That is,the bending adjustment value of reinforcement.In some current calculation software and project projects,the influence of bending adjustment value of reinforcing steel bars is not considered,which has a certain impact on the project cost and actual construction process.According to the current national code and atlas,this paper calculates and provides the calculation and knot of bending difference of different types of reinforcing steel bars at different bending angles.
