摘要 以合肥离子医学中心为例,介绍超厚楼板混凝土施工技术。合肥离子医学中心结合项目实际情况,将超厚楼板分为3次浇筑。第1次浇筑厚度为1.8m,待第1次浇筑的混凝土强度达到50%后,以此为底模,然后浇筑剩余的混凝土。该方案充分利用了混凝土墙体的支撑作用,既解决了模板的支撑问题,还解决了超厚板以下施工空间问题。同时为了响应国家节能减排、绿色建筑的号召,研究1.8m厚底模的最小配筋率和裂缝宽度的计算问题。 The concrete construction of super thick floor is introduced,taking the Hefei Ion Medical Center as an example.The super thick floor in Hefei Ion Medical Center is concreted in three lifts,according to the actual situation of the project.The thickness of the concrete slab concreted in the first lift is 1.8 m.The left concrete would be poured with the slab as the bottom template when its concrete strength reaches 50%.The supporting function of the concrete wall is made full use of in the scheme that is not only solves the supporting problem of the formwork,but also solves the problem of construction space under the super thick floor.The calculation of minimum reinforcement ratio and crack width of 1.8 m-thick bottom template is studied in order to respond to energy conservation and emission reduction and green building.
