青石与混凝土砌块组合配筋镂空清水砖墙施工技术

Study on Construction Technology of Hollow Wall Made-up of Bluestone and Concrete Block

结合工程实际需求,对青石与混凝土砌块组合镂空清水砖墙施工技术进行研究。对施工过程中的难点进行研讨和试验,合理设计施工流程,从而提高施工工效。将连接钢筋分3段焊接,灰缝先后勾缝3次保证质感,梁底先塞入青石再敲入混凝土砌块,最终达到了较好的施工效果。

Take into account the actual needs of the project,the construction technology of hollow wall made up of bluestone and concrete block wall was studied.Study and test the difficulties in the construction process,rationally design the construction process,thereby improving the construction efficiency.The connecting steel bars are welded in three sections.The mortar joints are daubed three times to ensure the texture.The bottom of the beam is inserted into the bluestone and then knocked into the concrete block.Finally,a good construction effect is achieved,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
